The Pre-Visit
Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email stating that we have accepted your appointment. You will also receive a link to our New Client form and we ask that you have that completed 48 hours before your appointment. This greatly assists in the consultation process!

Two days before your appointment, you will receive a reminder email and confirmation request. Keep an eye out for this email, as it has more info on what to expect when you arrive at the salon. We can't wait to see you!


The Consultation
When you arrive, you will be greeted by our receptionist, Truman (Truman is a dog, so don't hold it against him if he doesn't get up from his nap to say "hi"!).
Every appointment begins with a thorough consultation. We want to know your hair history, your lifestyle, your products, everything! This helps us get an idea of the direction we should go with your hair and assist us in guiding decisions that fit you and your life!

During your consultation, you will be offered a complimentary beverage and snack. We love sharing our snacks, so don't be shy!

The consultation isn't over until both stylist and guest have agreed upon the next steps and have a clear picture of how to get to the desired result.
After Goodbye
We know that Curly appointments pack in a lot of information for our new guests, but we're here for you if you have questions. Whether it's a product consult, a Curly Refresh, or you're ready to try a new color, we're ready to continue with you on your curly journey.
